Our property portfolio’s concentration of office space and other commercial buildings predominately in Cape Town, Western Cape, but also in Gauteng, is well positioned to take advantage of urbanisation and densification trends.

Before making investment decisions and deciding on development specifications, we focus on market insights, tenant feedback and urban renewal initiatives.

These acquisitions and developments add considerable value to the areas, as well as provide long-term support to the community with an emphasis on creating employment and ultimately significantly increase the land value for the benefit of the overall landowners.
